What services do you offer? How are you different from traditional sourcing agents or trading companies?
We are a professional international procurement consulting firm. We DO NOT engage in buying and reselling goods. Instead, we act as your “external procurement department” and strategic partner in China. We provide end-to-end advisory services, including market analysis, supplier sourcing, qualification audits, commercial negotiation, production supervision, and quality management. Unlike traditional agents, our revenue comes from fixed project fees or annual retainers, not the spread between buying and selling prices. We are 100% transparent. This ensures our interests are 100% aligned with your goal of building an optimized and secure supply chain.
How do you charge? Are your services expensive?
We offer transparent and flexible pricing models that are often more cost-effective than traditional commission-based structures. For specific projects (e.g., sourcing, factory audits), we charge a fixed project fee. For ongoing support (e.g., negotiation, travel), we bill based on professional time. We also offer Annual VIP Consulting Packages. By prepaying a fixed annual retainer, you gain access to a bundle of our services, which can significantly reduce your overall procurement management costs and provide predictable budgeting.
How do you guarantee that you don't accept kickbacks or commissions from factories?
This is the cornerstone of our business model and our commitment to building absolute trust. Our formal service contract with every client includes a robust “Anti-Bribery and Conflict of Interest Clause.” We solemnly promise that we will never accept money, gifts, or any other benefits from any supplier beyond the service fees paid by our clients. If violated, upon the client providing conclusive evidence, we will pay three times the total service fee of the current contract period as compensation. We firmly believe that only by being completely neutral can we truly represent your interests.

This package is ideal for companies with an annual procurement volume exceeding $500,000 USD or those with ongoing, multi-category sourcing needs. We have a “Partner Referral Program.” Upon successful referral and signing of a new client, the referrer will receive a reward equivalent to 10% of the new client’s first-year service fee, which can be returned as cash or credited towards your future service fees.
